Welcome! My approach to therapy is highly person-centered, grounded in research showing that the client-therapist relationship is key to meaningful change. We are a team, and we do this work together. I strive to create a space where you know you can show up as you are and be accepted, respected, and seen. We all struggle. It is part of being human. But we don’t have to figure it out alone, and I believe passionately that we all have the capacity to heal, to learn and grow, and to challenge ways of thinking and behaving that no longer serve us.
