The ideal client is one that is ready for the therapeutic process and is open to being challenged or has a goal coming into sessions. The client would be focused on becoming the best version of themselves and would be open to reflecting on their past including childhood, previous relationships, and diving into some of those dark corners we as humans tend to avoid.
