Do feelings of anxiety or depression leave you feeling "stuck" in life? Do you find yourself awake at night because you just can't quiet your mind, and expecting the worst when walking into unfamiliar situations, or starting new relationships? When things happen to us that are not within our control, feelings of anxiety are common. Life altering experiences are not always obvious... in fact, they can appear quite subtle, yet have a large impact on the way we view the world, and view ourselves. Whether you are struggling with fear, anger, low self-worth, relationship conflicts- we will explore where those challenges come from. I work with clients to explore personal struggles and better understand what is really going on beneath the surface. In addition to working with a variety of challenges, I practice trauma-informed care.
