I specialize in providing individual counseling for adults, adolescents and their families. My approach is client-centered and individualized to meet my client's current needs. My goal is to assist clients to reach their potential well being through education, teaching, and modeling skills, while assisting to identify barriers that prevent change. My therapy approach is guided by dialectical-behavioral and cognitive behavioral therapy. I specialize in trauma, grief, and gender identity support.
