I am committed to helping young people build a strong foundation to navigate the ups and downs of life. In my sessions, I help adolescents and young adults explore the underlying motivations, fears, and insecurities that often characterize this pivotal chapter of life. We'll explore the hidden currents that fuel struggles, learn to read the changing tides of emotions, and develop skills to steer towards calmer waters. Anxiety, depression, and self-harm can feel like an unrelenting storm. With a warm, collaborative approach, I help young people develop the skills to navigate their emotions with confidence and resilience. I specialize in DBT and CBT, tailoring these techniques to my clients’ unique needs. My therapeutic approach is mindful and neurodivergent-affirming, empowering my clients to build the skills they need to lead a fulfilling life. We'll work together to understand your experiences, challenge negative core-beliefs, and (re)discover your inner compass.
