It can feel risky to consider counseling. But I’m glad you’re here. It’s a deeply human thing to find yourself isolated, hopeless, or at the end of yourself. You are not alone! And you are made for more. If you come into my office, my hope is that you experience welcome, warmth, and help. I place a high value on creating safety in the therapeutic relationship, knowing that healing often begins in a safe and trusted space. I work with adults and teens, and am especially passionate about helping people explore how they see themselves, relate to others, and what gives their life meaning.
