I am licensed in Florida with 9 years of professional work experience, with training in CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and art therapy. I work with clients to manage stress, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, abuse, motivation, self esteem, & confidence. I also have experience working with depression and the LGBTQ+ population. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment.
