I am passionate about supporting adolescents and adults along their journey in learning how to take better care of their mental health. It can be difficult to carve out the time for yourself or even sit with the discomfort of unpleasant emotions. I'm here to help that process feel less intimidating. I have experience supporting clients in processing past or ongoing trauma, life transitions, chronic pain, anxiety, depression, and neurodivergence.
