I am a licensed social worker who is passionate about helping others improve their well-being and quality of life. My goal as your therapist is to empower you to become the best version of yourself. I assist clients with symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma disorders, mood disorders, psychosis, and suicidal ideations/self-harm. I also am passionate about helping others navigate through grief, relationship/familial conflicts, and low self-esteem. I use Motivational Interviewing in order to gain insight and perspective from my clients as well as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Brief Therapy to focus on thoughts, feelings, and behaviors as well as solutions to challenges.
