Feeling overwhelmed by stress, worries, or maybe life in general? Maybe you're feeling stuck in a cycle of disordered eating or perfectionism. I get it, and I'm here to help. My goal is to create a safe and trusting environment that allows for growth, reflection, and change. There isn't a "one size fits all" approach to therapy, and I enjoy working with my clients to figure out how to best support them. Let's work together to create a life you find worth living! My training and style are a great fit for teens and young adults. I have experience providing therapy to individuals struggling with eating disorders, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relational challenges, and body image issues. I am also a board-certified supervisor with availability to take new clinicians working towards licensure.
