Life comes with many changes, transitions and challenges. Many describe feeling overwhelmed, unsure how to navigate these, and "stuck". As a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and a Licensed Alcohol Drug Counselor in the State of MN, I've had over 20 years of experience supporting families. I enjoy working with individuals and families wishing to get "unstuck" and improve connections, communication, and functioning in relationships; with a particular passion for working with parents of young adults and teens. I approach my work with a person centered, strengths and skills-based approach.
