It can be tough to build up the courage to start (or restart) therapy, so I want to acknowledge this first step you are taking and for getting this far! My name is Abby and I hope to provide a therapeutic space where a person feels heard, respected, and valued. For those with a creative side, I enjoy bringing art, storytelling, and other creative outlets into session. Our introduction meeting will be an opportunity for you to share what brought you here. Whether you are new to therapy or are trying it again, you will be given the space to ask questions about my approach to therapy.
