Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you’ve been carrying anxiety, trauma, or emotional pain for a long time. I aim to offer a supportive, steady space where you can feel understood, respected, empowered, and not alone as you begin this work. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I support clients experiencing anxiety, trauma- and stressor-related disorders, personality disorders, bipolar disorder, and other psychotic disorders. My passion is using Dialectical Behvioral Therapy (DBT) and other modalities to empower individuals to be an active participant in their lives.
