Couples come to me because they are stuck in cyclical ways of disagreeing and worry how these dynamics impact their own stress levels, future of the relationship, and families. Relationships can be challenging when both partners want to be understood, co-exist authentically, and feel fulfilled. I specialize in issues related to infidelity/betrayal, sexual concerns, and ADHD. Through the process of couples therapy, partners will be able to deepen their understanding of each other and themselves. Couples leave therapy better equipped to intimately connect, navigate difficult conversations, and sustain a collaborative partnership.
