I believe that most of us have the answers within. My job is to help you remove what stands in the way. Often those obstacles are distorted and limiting beliefs about ourselves, that have created a false sense of self and dated coping strategies. Therapy with me is a collaborative process that involves a unique therapeutic approach with each client rather than trying to fit my clients into a box using one approach. After an atmosphere of safety and trust is created there is little we will not be able to accomplish.
