I’m here to understand you, your values, and the experiences that shape your life in order to guide and support you. Whether you are going through a new phase of life, navigating relationships, attempting to live more authentically, or something entirely different, I’m here to help you make sense of it and take the next step. I understand how challenging it can be to balance what is expected of you with the desire to live life on your own terms. Many of my clients are focused on strengthening their identity and learning to set healthy boundaries with family. I work primarily with South Asian individuals, LGBTQIA+ clients, and teens and young adults.
