I view that my job as a counselor is to assist you in easing emotional discomfort. This will increase your ability to create the life you want. I have 30+ years of counseling experience with individuals, couples, children and families. I will help you to clarify what you would like to get out of counseling and we will work together towards achieving your goals. My office is located in downtown Juneau Alaska, with reserved parking. I use an wholistic approach, using various therapeutic techniques that I have learned throughout my career (both cognitive and experiential methods). What works for one person doesn't work for another. It's an individualized approach and is targeted at getting the results you want to see.
