I’m here to support you as you work your way through whatever challenges you are facing. I assist adolescents and adults struggling with a variety of aspects of life adjustment and emotional well-being, including (but certainly not limited to) general discontent, life transitions, parenting, anxiety, Autism, and ADHD. I have training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and am passionate about working with individuals, couples, and families on challenges related to all types of relationships. Even if you just need a place to make sense of your experiences and feelings, you will find compassion, understanding and acceptance here.
