I offer a more structured approach than traditional talk therapy and am trained and experienced in offering EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a proven method for healing trauma. Here's my process: 1) An assessment to know our starting point. 2) A comprehensive 60-minute intake session to dive deeper into your history & concerns. 3) 2-3 Goals based on steps 1 and 2. 4) 12-session cycles to work deeply on your healing and take action in your life.
