My name is Abby Berkey. I am a trauma therapist and specialize in working with individuals who are struggling with past trauma, depression, and anxiety. I want to help people overcome negative views of themselves that have been developed from trauma and adverse experiences. I have a strong interest in fitness and nutrition and am a certified personal trainer. Exercise and relaxation go hand in hand with therapy to improve your quality of life.
