I’m Abigail Fields, a LMHC in northeast Florida, living with my husband & our sweet dog, Libby. I have been counseling for over 15 years. Struggles are a normal part of life & we all face them differently. I am passionate about normalizing them, working through shame, helping others heal, be whole, and live a life of resilience & hope.
