I use empathic and deep listening to HEAR my clients. Of most importance to me is working with the client to achieve their goals within our counseling sessions- goals that we set together as we begin our work. I strive to meet the client "where they are" and move them forward to heal, change and grow in positive ways. I am an LMHC who has worked with children, adolescents and adults in a wide variety of settings since 2009. Prior to opening my private practice, I worked at a private psychiatric facility. Within this setting, I was working with clients dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma and other mental health diagnoses on both an inpatient and outpatient basis.
