I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor. I live in northeast Florida with my husband and our little dog, Libby. As an attachment based, emotion-focused, psychodynamic counselor, I provide safety to my clients through nonjudgmental, compassionate listening, while also helping my clients gain self awareness & insight for themselves which can lead to hope and gentle growth. I am an eternal optimist, believing that healing & growth can happen for ANYONE, sometimes it just takes time & a whole lot of compassionate grace.
