I am passionate about walking with people as they embrace freedom and hope. The traumas that we face can be challenging to talk about, and I strive to be a compassionate listener and to provide a space where you feel comfortable, heard, and seen. I view client experiences in therapy through a solution focused and strengths-based lens. I especially enjoy working with teens and young adults to process through whatever life has thrown at them - whether that's depression, anxiety, relationship struggles, grief, and more. I utilize CBT, TF-CBT, DBT skills in therapy and adjust my approach to what each client may need.
