I’m Abigail Jacques, but you can just call me Abby! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of California. Choosing to begin therapy is a vulnerable and brave step, and I can’t wait to walk alongside you in this process. I typically work with adolescents and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, life changes, self-esteem, and balancing the ups and downs of life. I am particularly passionate about helping those who wish to process and heal from trauma. I want my clients to feel like they are being understood and supported, not just assessed and analyzed.
