I’m a certified School Psychologist and have my limited permit in mental health counseling (LMHC-LP). I have a passion of helping others, especially children, adolescents, teens, and young adults. I provide support, interventions, and a listening ear to clients with a variety of mental health issues in and outside of the school setting, having extensive experience working with anxiety disorders, school issues, eating disorders, self-esteem, and OCD. Using a flexible and multifaceted approach to therapy, I implement the most effective methods to find the root of beliefs and make the connections to fully understand the problem. I utilize a variety of techniques including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic, Mindfulness, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
