Life often times can feel overwhelming. Individuals, couples, and families who come to my office are generally in some sort of discomfort or pain, how to get through them varies depending on our experiences of the past and our strengths and support in the present. I use a variety of psychotherapeutic methods in my practice, the foundation of my work is in the relationship we create and the trust we establish. Helping to encourage communication of conflicts,insight into problems, with the goal being relief of symptoms, changes in behavior leading to improved social and vocational functioning, and personality growth.
