I work with teens (ages 13–17) and their families during a time of life that can feel confusing, intense, and sometimes overwhelming—for both teens and parents. Many of the teens I support are dealing with anxiety, depression, big mood shifts, stress from school or relationships, the effects of early life experiences, or just trying to figure out who they are and where they fit in.
