I primarily work with adolescents and young adults ages 16 to 30, and have a strong focus on women’s issues. My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and grounded, with gentle humor woven in when it helps clients feel at ease. I am solution-oriented and practical, and I offer direct insight when it is needed. My work is rooted in CBT, DBT, and solution-focused approaches, all delivered through a trauma-informed lens.
