Please note I only offer Telehealth sessions. I am only accepting individual clients at this time as I have no couples availability. Thank you for taking this step towards taking care of yourself. It’s hard when life becomes overwhelming or grey, when you feel out of sorts or out of control. If you are looking for a space that is client lead, open, non-judgmental and grounding, please consider this one.
