Hi there, I'm Abbey! I prioritized working with LGBTQ+ folks in my graduate training and research, this included individual and group therapy work as well as writing letters of support for gender-affirming care. I continue to center this community in my work. In addition, I am experienced with issues of anxiety, depression, OCD, grief, intimate partner violence, & identity. I am qualified in working with adults through the entire lifespan and truly love working with emerging adults and adolescents. No matter the age, I believe it is an immense privilege to work with folks as their therapist.
