Welcome! As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), I work with individuals, couples, and families to navigate challenges that arise. I specialize in working with children and their parents who are needing support when experiencing anxiety, relational issues, or emotional distress. When working with kids, I use non-directive play therapy approaches to help children build confidence, emotional regulation, and self-esteem while working through their big emotions and life experiences. If you are a parent of a child, I offer parent coaching to help you best support your child through developing new ways of interacting.
