My focus is to give clients a safe, affirming, and collaborative space where they feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives. My own healing journey inspired me to help others navigate challenges, and I work closely with each person to create a path forward that supports their unique goals. I have a special interest in working with individuals who have experienced trauma, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and those living with mood disorders.
