ARC Counseling works with clients of all ages, I lean toward cIients 13 and older primarily doing individual counseling. However I also love working with couples and families. With over 20 years in trauma related industries, I work with trauma, anxiety, depression, domestic violence, personality disorders, family and/or relationship issues, divorce, and more. View 7 Photos My approach to counseling is founded in attachment theory, which is a biopsychosocial model of assessment, conceptualization, and treatment. I am comfortable with techniques from a variety of theories including attachment, CBT, DBT, Person Centered as well as play and art therapies.
