Life can be overwhelming, especially when you're constantly pouring into others and forgetting to care for yourself. Therapy can be a space to slow down, reconnect with who you are, and start putting yourself first again. I believe we all have the ability to grow, heal, and move toward the most authentic version of ourselves—mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. I have experience treating youth and teens as well as young adults going through major life transitions. I believe that you are the expert on your life. My role is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and empowered to make meaningful change. Building your trust and a therapeutic relationship is most important to me. I want to give you a space where you can discuss what you need, free of judgment.
