My ideal clients are children, families, and individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, trauma, grief, or life transitions. They may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about the future. Parents may be concerned about their child’s behavior, school challenges, or emotional struggles. Families may be navigating conflict, loss, adoption, or major change. Individuals may long for someone safe to talk to who will truly listen without judgment. Their goal is to find peace, hope, and practical steps toward healing. They want relief from pain, greater emotional balance, and the strength to move forward!
