I am a non-traditional therapist with a holistic approach to mental health. I believe in the power of collaboration with clients. We are a team. I have a conversational, eclectic approach to mental health. I am very easy and understand the stressors of the therapy process. It is my goal to make therapy something that is not dreaded, even though, frequently, the subject matter is not always the most pleasant. I try to meet everyone right where they are. My approach is eclectic because there are no one-size-fits-all treatments. I am very open but believe in setting goals and having accountability.
