Welcome! I am Adalia! I work with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and trauma, and I strive to provide a supportive and grounded safe space. I specialize in working with teenagers as they navigate emotional challenges, life transitions, and identity development. For me, the most central part of therapy is building a trusting therapeutic relationship. I also enjoy working with adults supporting them through life's ups and downs. I am completing my PhD and stay updated on current research to support mental health. I work for Zealous Therapy under the supervision of Erik J. Erickson, LCSW.
