I am an occupational therapist and lover of dance and arts in general. I created Function & Rhythm to empower children and adults to thrive through purposeful movement, creativity, and therapeutic support. By integrating occupational therapy with the art of dance, we can foster functional skills, self-regulation, and confidence while honoring each individual’s unique rhythm. I provide individual and group-based services as well as parent/caregiver coaching and support.
