I believe that people inherently have the power to changes their lives for the better, even when life feels overwhelming or stuck. Reaching out for support is a brave first step, and my goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and collaborative space where meaningful change can during your journey. I am dedicated to creating a therapeutic space where clients can show up fully as who they are, so that together we can get you where you want to be in life. I am an LGBTQIA+ affirming provider with prior experiencing working with clients from as young as five to those well into adulthood with a variety of needs. My approach is rooted in evidence-based practices and empirically supported treatments, but I also believe therapy should be individualized. Together, we’ll focus on your strengths, your goals, and the changes you want to make. I aim to be both supportive and practical, offering compassion while also helping you take concrete steps forward.
