A journey of 1000 miles starts with a single step and sometimes the biggest step is asking for help. My name is Adam Dubay. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. I have been in the mental health field for more than 20 years and in private practice for over 15 years. I have extensive professional training and experience in trauma treatment, and employ a wide variety of therapeutic techniques to help clients heal from the traumatic events that have occurred, reintegrate the mind-body connection, gain access to their inner resources and become better skilled at self-care.
