I am trained and dedicated to help people navigate life’s challenges. Sometimes this is easy to identify – a difficult relationship, major loss or change, feeling anxious or depressed. Other times it may be harder to identify with words, but something in us or someone close to us has the strong sense that we need to investigate. Talking about everything isn’t immediate, and it takes time to truly feel comfortable. My job is to create a safe and spacious environment to help that process develop.
