I like working with people who are struggling. I believe that we all go through hard times; we struggle with life events as well as things that are more internal such as depression or anxiety. I believe that each person has an innate potential to grow but that we often live life on autopilot continuing to do the same things that perpetuate our struggles and pain. Therapy is a chance to slow down and look at these struggles. It is a chance to intentionally explore them and how to deal with them.
