I am a licensed specialized clinical social worker and licensed masters addiction counselor. I believer the therapeutic relationship between a client and a therapist is the foundation on which all other change is facilitated. I will work with you to be supportive, non judgmental, and honest. Once a relationship has been built, I work to help clients change at their pace. We are all different in how we eat, walk, talk, and think. The same can be said for making changes and growing as individuals. As therapy progresses, I believe in challenging clients to reach the goals they have set for themselves.
