My basic philosophy stems from 2 basic principles: It is what it is and the only way out is through. I have used these my whole life to help myself get through so many adverse situations. Life is full of ups and downs and learning to navigate and cope through everything that came my way was essential to a happy prosperous life. Now I use these principles helping others do the same. There is so much more to therapy and mental health than just sitting in a room and talking. It is a journey through the past, present and future with the goal of connecting all the dots that make up who we are as social, emotional and complex people.
