I am an empathetic and practical therapist who helps adults and adolescents address anxiety, depression, stress, career and sports performance issues, and relationship issues in a thoughtful, emotionally sensitive, and logical way. I work to establish a strong and supportive therapeutic partnership to help clients better understand themselves and the experiences they are going through, and develop a skill set to address current and future challenges. My work as a therapist is informed by my 20 years of experience in the education field as a teacher and principal and as an athletic coach at the college, high school and club level.
