Hi, I'm Addie and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional. I treat children ages 5 and older, adolescents, and adults. I help clients build upon their strengths while providing guidance to develop healthy coping mechanisms and relaxation techniques. I utilize an integrative approach to counseling to help develop a healthy life balance. Life can feel overwhelming at times, and seeking support is a brave step. I combine evidence-based methods with creativity and compassion. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can heal, grow and thrive.
