Having been in practice for over 30 years I have found that connections are an important part of the helping process. I work with individuals, couples and families utilizing family history, current situational processes as well as personal strengths and coping skills to address issues of concern. I believe all individuals have the capacity to make changes in their lives and will work on helping each individual gain a better understanding of his/her needs and behaviors to attain those goals.
