I provide individual, couples, and family counseling to adults and adolescents. No matter what your reason is for seeking help, counseling is a space for you not only to be heard, but also to be received with kindness and without judgment. I strive to create an environment of trust for clients to be able to express themselves freely. My approach to counseling involves building a relationship based on collaboration where together client and counselor decide the direction and goals of each session. Although every approach is unique to the client, I often pull from person-centered, cognitive-behavioral, and psychodynamic theories.
