Many of my clients feel stuck in their own minds—overwhelmed by intrusive thoughts, constant distractions, or relentless worry. Some are managing OCD, ADHD, or anxiety, while others are new parents navigating disturbing thoughts, identity shifts, or the pressure to “get it right.” Sleep feels impossible, guilt creeps in, and they wonder if they’ll ever feel like themselves again. They’re exhausted from overthinking, doubting themselves, and trying to push these thoughts and feelings away. They want relief—a way to quiet their mind, be present, and feel more like themselves without anxiety or self-doubt running the show. I help clients break free from cycles of fear, overwhelm, and avoidance using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). Through ACT, my clients learn to accept their thoughts and feelings without letting them take control—whether they’re managing anxiety, OCD, ADHD, or the ups and downs of pregnancy and parenthood.
